So fast, it's the 3rd week after we have got our keys...
Derrick called the HDB abt our defects last Friday and they finally got back to us on Monday...
He managed to fix and appointment with the contractor on Tues...
There he goes and he brought back good news...
Contractor - Mr Lee will hack always the wall tiles in the kitchen and in the toilets (both common and MBR) , the floor tiles in both toilets too... :)
What I'm most happy abt the house is the taps...
hahahah... nothing else cos there are too many defects....
really had a tiring day on the 24th March as need to submit defect list by Monday...
wash the toilets to check everything clearly...
vanity top will be changed too... Yuppie... dun like the vanity tap... and the water can't clear fully from the sink...
Coming Monday, 9th April, Mr Lee, will start to work on our defects...
yuppie... can't wait for him to finish... our reno will start in May, after my cousin-in law finished his reservist... :) think by Middle to end June, we can shift in our home sweet home...
Been very flicker minded abt our design too... kept changing everytime we met up with Savio (my cousin-in law). Hope next week when he passes me the quotation, we will not be so flicker-minded again... hehehehe
