Finally, after a few more weeks of waiting, our furnitures are in...
There wont be echoes in the house anymore... ^_^
Well, as usual, not everything is perfect...
Defects and defects... Coffee table out... It's not sitting on the floor properly. Dining Chairs are shakey...

At first, we still thought that our floor might not be levelled..
We still bring the dining chairs out to the corridors to test... heehee
Lucky, the after-sales service from this furniture shop where we ordered the furnitures are good... The sales person and the quality manager arrived on the following Monday after we called them on Sat. Thumbs up for them...

Upon checking, they confirmed that the furniture have defects...
they will arrange for an exchange this sat...
Another weekend waste... :(

Anyhow, we still need to go back on Sat to wait for our big appliances...
They were supposed to be delivered last Sat too but I called for some rectification last min on Thurs and postponed the delivery to this coming Sat...

Forget to take some pictures on the rectification...
anyhow, take a look at our not so modern home and newly arrived furnitures:

Doesn't it look more like a temple now??

Our" FU LU SHOU" sitting on our Hose Box...

I moved my hi-fi set in... Our standing fan. :)

So do stay tune. ;)

Cheers. ^_^

Today we have our praying ceremony.
Woke up early in the morning to do marketing with my mummy...
Have quite alot of people joining us for the praying ceremony.
And we also celebrate my dad's birthday there....
Thanks friends and relatives for helping out today...

The Shifu pasted quite a lot of "papers" at our place.
Hope it is only for a year. My house is not modern anymore...
Will take more pictures next week when the furnitures are in...

For the past week, we are super busy...
Busy cleaning, washing and buying stuff...
coming Friday, we will also be busying cleaning and washing....
We want to ensure that the furniture will not get dirty when delivered. :)

Tune in for more updates... :)

Been very busy for some updates recently...
We rushed for more purchases last week before the GST hike.
Went vhive and bought the following:

Ours is without the arm rest.

No L size so buy M size

Small shelf...

And on Sat, we went to get our super expensive vacuum cleaner from Philips, Iona hot water jug and Sony HTS. A bigger hole in our pockets now.
