Wow and our Purchases

Our 4th Purchase
==============
Last evening, we went to look around and finally confirm on our air-conition unit.
We went to GC at AMK due to some reason.
The sales guy who served us was actually quite young.
Told him that I can get cheaper price outside, he dun believe me...
Some of the things he quoted me are cheaper but not really that much.
Overall, his service to us was excellent, told him we will get back to him by sat but.....
Too bad they did not have Fujioh's brand for hood and hob.

We also wanted to look at the air-condition there but one of the salesguy turned us off...
Mr Koi, straight away walked away without giving him anymore chance to talk...
Yucks!!! End up another one came up to us.
He told Mr. Koi alot of stuff but only pros not cons... hehehhehe...
I was outside on the phone because I felt that the air-con dept is not sincere enough.
We did ask if the price can be cheaper, he proudly said that if you can find a price cheaper than us outside, we will sell you at the same price. *oh what kind of rubbish!!!*

After that we went to IMM... We wanted to look and compare the prices of the air-condition units. At first, we shortlisted Panasonic and Mitsubishi... After looking at the unit, we decide to take Panasonic... Then we walked into ALLBEST. This salesman there was really helpful... He explains clearly the pros and cons of a few brands of air conditions. We weighed the pros and cons on spot and change our mind. We bought the Mitsubishi Easy clean. Not inverter thou, as we dun see the needs and he suggested that too. :) Installation will be next Friday.

We are poorer now.

Reno Day 16
==========

Went back to our place today.
Progress is still not bad...
Just realise last night that only Ah Keong is doing all the tiling works.
They have a few projects in hand and as we are not in a rush, they left Ah Keong there.
The best one... :) so far, very satisfied with his workmanship. No pro. He can take his time as
long as he did a good job. ^_^

Let us see what he has done.....

Hi All,

We are into the 13th day of our reno...
Dunno consider fast or slow... :p

but very happy that we made the right decision to hack off the study room...
Anyhow, if we still wanna to have it next time, rebuild then...
At present, we love the place as it is. ^_^

Took some pictures on Last Thurs 24th May with Mr. Koi's camera,
but he did not let me upload into my pc.... :(

My Id suggested to put it there since we love it so much.
Next time I can wash the service balcony easily. :p

Kitchen base done for Cabinet

This is where my sink lies.
Tiling for kitchen also done but all layed with card box.

This is my balcony flooring...

We wanted to have the black tiles so much that we
gave the ID the idea. As covered with cardbox,
will show the actual photo when the space is cleared.

Actually still "took" the photos on the floor tiles.
But guess I did not press and hold long enough that all my living room floor tiles are missing...
Sob sob....
